Our Mission
To provide CTOs with the most efficient, secure, and scientifically grounded platform for building and scaling elite nearshore engineering teams across Latin America.
Our Vision
To replace the fragmented and opaque traditional staffing model with a single, transparent, and accountable platform that aligns talent, technology, and governance under one SLA.
Our Commitment
To operate with radical transparency, grounding our processes in scientific rigor, and providing an unparalleled level of security and compliance for our partners.
The TeamStation AI Difference
We are not a staffing agency. We are not a consulting firm. We are a technology company. Our product is a fully integrated platform called the Nearshore IT Co Pilot that solves the hardest parts of building a remote engineering team. Hiring. Vetting. Compliance. Device management. Security. Performance tracking. Governance. Every one of these surfaces creates risk and friction in the traditional model. Our platform eliminates them.
We are inspired by the ethos of the space program. A belief in doing what is hard to push humanity forward. To avert crisis, the Apollo missions required absolute certainty, continuity, and predictability. Without them, we would never have set foot on the moon. Our mission is to provide that same level of mission certainty in a highly intelligent service infrastructure that takes anomalies out of the hiring and team management equation.
Our innovation lies in unifying every part of the process under a single SLA. We use cognitive science and AI for vetting through Axiom Cortex. We provide an end to end operational wrapper that includes EOR, payroll, secure devices, and insurance. We give you the tools and the data to run your nearshore team with the same confidence and control as your team down the hall. This is the future of team building. We invite you to be a part of it.
Why We Built a Platform Instead of a Services Company
The nearshore IT industry has operated on the same model for over two decades. A vendor maintains a bench of engineers. A client sends a job description. The vendor matches keywords on resumes to keywords in the job description. They present candidates. The client interviews them. The client hires them. The vendor collects a margin. When the engineer underperforms or leaves, the cycle repeats.
This model has three structural problems. First, keyword matching has zero correlation with on the job performance. Our neuro psychometric research demonstrated that the cognitive variables that predict engineering success, systems thinking, architectural discipline, failure modeling, and communication under pressure, are completely invisible to resume scanning and traditional interviews.
Second, the services model fragments operational responsibility across multiple providers. The vendor handles hiring. The client handles security. A third party handles compliance. Nobody handles governance. Every fragmentation point creates latency, risk, and accountability gaps. When something goes wrong, nobody owns the problem.
Third, the services model has no feedback loop. When an engineer underperforms, the vendor does not analyze why. They do not update their evaluation criteria. They do not improve their process. They simply replace the engineer and hope the next one works out. There is no learning. There is no improvement. There is no science.
We built a platform to solve all three problems simultaneously. Axiom Cortex replaces keyword matching with cognitive evaluation. The Co Pilot platform consolidates every operational dependency under one roof. And our research program creates a continuous feedback loop that improves the system with every placement. You can read the full rationale in our platforming research paper.
The Research Program That Powers Everything
TeamStation AI is the only nearshore provider with an active, peer reviewed research program. This is not marketing content repackaged as white papers. These are formal academic contributions published through recognized scientific channels. Our research has been submitted to SSRN and covers topics including AI driven evaluation models, neuro psychometric candidate assessment, platform economics for distributed teams, and cognitive alignment patterns in Latin American engineers.
This research matters because it is the foundation for every decision the platform makes. The evaluation protocol is derived from our Axiom Cortex architecture paper. The economics protocol is derived from our nearshore platform economics research. The security and governance protocols encode the operational models that our platforming research validated.
When a CTO evaluates TeamStation AI, they are not evaluating opinions. They are evaluating a system built on empirical evidence. Visit our research hub to read the papers. Visit cto.teamstation.dev to see how the research translates into the operational platform.
Listen to the Founders

Guided by a Multi Disciplinary Team
TeamStation AI is guided by a multi disciplinary executive team with decades of experience across technology, science, and operations. Our leadership includes Co Founders Lonnie McRorey, a cognitive science graduate from Temple University with 25 years in technology, and Dan Diachenko, an MBA graduate from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella focused on AI driven process optimization. They are supported by a robust LATAM leadership team with deep expertise in regional law, AI research, SaaS platform technology, people operations, and finance. This blend of strategic vision and on the ground operational excellence ensures our platform is not only innovative but also secure, compliant, and scalable.
Latin America as the Strategic Advantage
TeamStation AI operates exclusively in Latin America. This is a deliberate strategic decision, not a geographic convenience. Our cognitive alignment research demonstrates that Latin American engineers possess structural advantages for US based engineering organizations that other nearshore regions cannot match.
The advantages are well documented. Same time zone alignment with US teams enables real time collaboration without the asynchronous communication overhead that plagues offshore engagements. University systems in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Brazil produce engineers with strong theoretical foundations in computer science and practical training in modern technology stacks. Cultural proximity reduces the communication friction that degrades velocity in cross border teams.
But the biggest advantage is economic. Our economics research shows that the total cost of ownership for a well managed Latin American engineering team is 40% to 60% lower than an equivalent US based team when you account for all direct and indirect costs. Not just hourly rate. Total cost. Including ramp time, attrition, supervision overhead, and integration friction. The platform makes this cost advantage accessible without sacrificing quality or control. Visit hire.teamstation.dev to see how the economics work for your specific team composition.
